1 Year Return Policy (Satisfaction Guarantee)
Your satisfaction is a top priority. If you need to return a product within one (1) year from the date the item was originally shipped, you will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. Simply email info@CoreCoachOnline.com to request a return authorization number (RA#) and instruction. Upon receipt at Core Health Brands, your refund will be processed.
Policy applies to one CoreCoach per customer.
The CoreCoach is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product.
If a CoreCoach branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it or replace damaged parts of it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials or fading of colors over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation and processing email a picture and description of the defect to info@CoreCoachOnline.com. CoreCoach will provide a Return Authorization and shipping address in the U.S. for you to send the defective product. All shipping to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid. We cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
This warranty is available Worldwide.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
This warranty only covers products purchased as new. All warranty claims must be presented along with the original receipt or proof of purchase by the original owner.
