Returns

Changed your mind? We have your back.

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (score!). Merchandise returned 15-30 days after receipt can be returned for store credit. After 30 days, merchandise can be returned under the terms of our separate Warranty agreement if this applies.

Merchandise must be in its original condition.

Shipping is free when we send you our products, but you are responsible for shipping back your return.

Return Process

Drop us an email at info@corecoachonline.com to confirm that your item can be returned. We'll give you the address to return it to, and an authorisation number. Without this, we won't be able to process your refund when we receive the item.

When you package up your return, please include the original paperwork that was included with your order.  Or, if you don't have that, then be sure to print out your confirmation email with your order details in it.  

If for some reason, you can't print out the information, then please include the following with your return:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Your reason for returning 
• The authorisation number

Then, send the item to the address you'll receive by email. We recommend that you send the return with tracking, but do not send as signature required. 

If you purchased one of our items from a third party site, please return the item according to their return policy.  This includes Amazon orders!

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt wherever possible.
